Once your ticket is open, staff need clear information to help you. Always include:

What happened & who was involved
The exact date, time, and matchup
Clear screenshots or video clips
A brief explanation of what should have happened

Keep it organized

Do not argue about complaints in public channels. Open the correct ticket, explain the issue clearly, and bring proof so staff can review it properly.
